Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.

Delivery time (U.S.)

• Rosemary Mint Hair Spray: ships from a U.S. warehouse, delivered in 3–7 business days
• All other products: delivered in 10–20 business days

If your order contains items from both groups, they may arrive in separate packages.

International orders

We ship to select countries outside the U.S. Delivery times vary by country. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the customer.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window above, email fivesenseshair@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, we can reship it, but you'll pay the new shipping cost.
